Acer has unveiled a new and powerful Android powered smartphone known as the Acer Stream with some similarities to the HTC Desire. The Acer Stream runs on Android 2.1 and features a 3.7-inch AMOLED touchscreen capable of displaying 1.67 million colours with a contrast ratio of 2000:1. It sports a 5-megapixel camera which is able to shoot 720p HD video which can then be played on your TV via HDMI connection. The Acer Stream boast a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 512 of RAM, 2GB of internal storage memory (supports up to a 32GB microSD card), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HSDPA 7.2 3G and GPS.
