BitFenix Design Lab Officially Announces the Colossus PC Chassis
The BitFenix Design Lab has officially announced its highly-anticipated PC chassis. AeroCool Strike-X Gaming Mid-Tower Case
Taiwan’s own Aerocool has revealed a new gamer-focused product, the Strike-X tower case that features a steel structure, a mesh design on the sides, top and front, and an all-black or black/red color scheme. It is built for rough and touch use for the LAN party-animals, and comes in total-black, or with a dash of red. Drive bays included are 9 5.25″ (with internal 3.5″ cages detachable). The ventilation system includes 120 mm fans on the side and rear, and one 140 mm fan on top. The Strike-X costs €59.90 and should already be shipping.
Acer Predator AG7750-U2222 Gaming Desktop
The Acer Predator gaming desktops pack high-end hardware into a quite unusual case. The Predator is equipped with a quad-core Core i7 CPU with liquid cooling, a NVIDIA GTX 470 video cards with support for 3-way SLI. Acer uses up to 12GB of RAM inside the desktop. The new desktop is also 3D ready. A hot-swap drive bay can have up to 1.5TB of storage and four internal drive bays are offered with up to 8TB of storage. The new Predator desktop starts at $1999 and is available now.
Digital Storm Introduces Special|OPS Gaming PCs
Digital Storm has launched a new OPS Gaming Series dubbed the “Special OPS Series” which appears to be comprised of 10 uniquely named base systems ranging in price from $987 to $2,429. Despite the lower prices, Digital Storm says its Special Ops range has the same build quality as Black Ops PCs. To celebrate the launch of its new line, the company is offering a complimentary overclocking between 3.3GHz and 3.9GHz.

MSI Wind Top AE2280 All-In-One PC Announced
A while back I introduced MSI’s first 3D All-in-Ones, the Wind Top AE2420 and the Wind Top AE2280, but MSI has now officially announced the launch of the AE2280. The Wind Top AE2280 comes with a built-in 640GB hard drive,4GB of DDR3 memory, two SO-DIMM slots expandable to 8GB,and supports 802.11 b/g/n WLAN. The Wind Top AE2280′s built-in 1.3 MP webcam and two 5W hi-fi speakers are completely integrated into a uni-body casing. The AE2280 comes with six USB 2.0 ports, a built-in 6-in-1 card reader, HDMI inputs and VGA outputs, Mini PCI-E interface & optional TV Tuner, and supports standard VESA wall mounts. The Wind Top AE2280 comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse which, along with its uni-body construction, makes for a clean and well-kept desktop.
MSI AE2220 All-In-One PC to Land in Japan
MSI is set to grace the Japanese market with its AE2220 All-In-One PC on June 19. The AE2220 sports a 21.1-inch glossy Full HD LCD display with a 1920×1080 pixel resolution. It packs a 320GB hard disk drive, an nVida ION graphics, up to 2GB of system memory and a DVD SuperMulti-drive. Operating system running on the MSI AE2220 is Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Pricing should start at 89,800 Yen (or USD979)
Lenovo ThinkCentre M90z, Business-Oriented All-in-One PC
Lenovo has unveiled the ThinkCentre M90z, packing the full performance of a traditional desktop into a slick 23-inch display with beauty and brains. The new AIO doesn’t stray far from the norm in core specs, with hardware including choices of the latest Intel Core i5 and i3 processors, DDR3 memory, selection of hard drives or a solid state drive, a DVD player and optional WiFi/Bluetooth.
The M90z also takes web conferencing to a higher level with a number of optional features that give it both style and substance:
- Optical touchscreen that can be easily cleaned/Lenovo SimpleTap interface included
- Unique web camera on/off switch for physical control of the camera
